The Units


Units 1–6 & 8 are offices ranging from 494–2,233 sq ft facing onto a predominantly pedestrian area with outdoor seating and planted beds, where deliveries and set-down but not car parking are permitted. All units have views to the west over rolling countryside, giving a pleasant and uncrowded working environment where best use of natural daylight has been made. All are fully–carpeted, with space heating, flexible dado rail power circuits, Cat 2 lighting and ceiling fans. Sizes and individual photographs may be found below.
Unit 7 extends to 5,486 sq ft of storage and distribution facility. The building is currently split in two 4,223 & 1,245 sq ft each with a full–height door. The larger unit is fully space–heated for a controlled environment. It has been built well above the original surrounding ground level and is very dry and light.

West Barn is an 1,825 sq ft B1/B8 storage and distribution unit with one full height door, 17ft to the eaves. Self–contained with exclusive access and large car park.
